And we're back in action...

So I had no idea that I created a blog for my family! There have been so many things I've "tried" to create that I think I just lost track. But this thing I will do my best to be committed to writing in. In September of last year I was "commissioned" to begin writing...along with getting up early in the morning before the kids get up to meet with God... Hmm?? Not doing so great on the getting up early part right now! I at least have started writing again. I am still a work in progress and striving to get up early but for some strange reason I just think I NEED MY SLEEP in order for me to be able to meet the demands of our 2 year old son and our 1 year old daughter...

At this current time we are visiting my parents in Michigan just enjoying quiet time in the country of Fenton, MI. It is so peaceful out here as the snow is falling. It's hilarious right now because Nehemiah is determined to get outside and build a snowman! Every day he attempts to escape to the backyard saying "I see a dinosaur, Mommy!"  Kids and their imaginations.  And then, Moriyah decides that it's fun to beat her big brother up on a daily basis. She'll just walk up to him, smack him and run away laughing! It has been a fun filled "vacation" away from our home in PA...but we are ready to get back to our home!

Speaking of  which GOD JUST BLESSED US WITH A NEW HOME, WITH MORE SPACE for our expanding family! Thank you God so very much! We are getting ready to welcome our third baby, Josiah David, some time in January. Babies always have their own time schedule of when it's best for them to escape the womb. lol. We are excited though. I, however, will admit that I am a little nervous for life AFTER Josiah gets here. How will my other 2 respond to the new addition?? Especially our Moriyah! Words cannot describe her vivacious personality! I believe Nehemiah will adjust just fine as he is accepting his "rushed" role as big brother. I'm just not sure about Moriyah!! :) Any advice for a nervous mom? TJ keeps telling me we're going to be fine and the kids are going to be even better. I believe him...I just need to confess that  and let it go.

Here's the skinny on the "HORTON CREW" there is  TJ, me, Nehemiah (soon to be 3), Moriyah (18 months) and soon to be here Josiah (incubating!). I praise God for the opportunity to birth his children now we pray for the wisdom to raise them according  to His way and not our own. It can be tough at times with young babies back  to back, but we wouldn't trade it for anything...At least we're still in our twenties...well the later side of twenties! LOL!! God knows better than we do why our babies have to be close together. A good friend of ours encouraged us that "God has a special plan for your family as to why you need to have your babies quickly...he might just be preparing  you to go...and you're going to need to get the baby making part out of the way NOW!!" We hold on to that so we never lose sight that God has a purpose in all things! His ways and His thoughts are so much higher, deeper and more extensive than ours!

We are loved with an everlasting love....
